About Us

Angelique George Lowman

Angelique George Lowman is a devoted Christian, a loving mother, and a dancer in ministry, known for her inspiring journey of faith and resilience. She began her journal to share a powerful message: in order to love others, you must first love yourself. Through her own experiences, Angelique teaches that we should not allow others to harm us or break us down, for it is in trusting God and believing in His promises that we find the strength to overcome any obstacle.

Angelique is a firm believer that with God, all things are possible according to His plan and purpose for our lives. She often reminds others that it is their “Winning Season,” quoting a song that declares Jesus as the great mountain mover and undefeated warrior. Angelique credits her unwavering faith to her children, Cjr, CDavon, and Ben10, who have been her pillars of support, teaching her the true meaning of love and perseverance. Mom loves you dearly.

Some lessons are learned in sunshine. Others are only discovered in the middle of a storm.

Pearls of Wisdom: When Storms Teach You to Pray is a heartfelt collection of reflections, insights, and encouragement for those seasons when life feels heavy and God feels closer than ever – because you need Him more than ever. Like pearls formed through pressure, the wisdom in this book was birthed through tears, trials, and the deep waters of faith.

Through relatable stories, practical guidance, and gentle spiritual reminders, this book will help you:

  • see how God uses storms to grow and mature your faith

  • develop a deeper and more honest prayer life

  • find purpose in pain and clarity in confusion

  • recognize that stretching seasons are also strengthening seasons

  • gather “pearls” from your own experiences with God

Each chapter invites you to pause, reflect, pray, and listen – to notice what the storm is teaching instead of only wishing it away.

This book is for anyone walking through grief, disappointment, transition, heartbreak, or uncertainty, and longing to understand what God is doing in the midst of it all.

Your storms are not wasted. Within them are priceless pearls of wisdom – shaping your faith, deepening your prayers, and drawing you into closer relationship with God.

I started this journal to help people understand: in order to love others, you have to love yourself. We cannot let people hurt us and break us down into a place where the promises of God cannot manifest themselves. If we trust Him and believe in His word, we can achieve anything according to His plan and purpose for our lives. It’s our Winning Season! As a songwriter sings, “Who are you, great mountain, that you won’t bow low? Jesus defeated the curse; He has never lost a battle. He is our great defender.” Thank you to my children, Cjr, CDavon, and Ben10, who helped me to love and never give up! Mom loves you dearly.
